We want you to love every piece you receive from Laly Saint-Tropez.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

For orders placed online, you may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with European consumer law.

Conditions

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie and bodysuits can only be returned with the hygiene seal intact.

How to return

Before sending anything, contact us at lalysainttropez@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your order number, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a free return, exchange or full refund.
